Diagnostic troubleshooting checklist
1. Unit does not power up

The power cord is plugged in
There is a stable power supply to the socket
The UPS reset button has been pressed, and held for 3 seconds

2. The kiosk has powered up, but the display is dead

The monitor interface cable is firmly connected
The monitor power button is on
The brightness/contrast is on default

Wifi router is on and is connecting to the internet
